Schedule of Activities
Thursday, July 11
3:00-5:00 PM Team check-in - Team managers are required to report to the McLean Little
League Complex with the following: tournament affidavit, proof of residency forms, birth
certificates, and medical releases.
5:30 PM Opening Ceremonies - Teams will be lined up and introduced on the main tournament
field, and a brief Opening Ceremony will take place.
6:30 PM Pre-Tournament Meeting - All tournament officials, managers, and coaches are
required to attend. Coin flips will be held to determine home teams for all pool play games.
Friday, July 12 – Pool play games begin at 10am. Game times at 10:00, 1:00, 4:00 and 7:00
Saturday, July 13 – Pool play games begin at 10am. Game times at 10:00, 1:00, 4:00 and 7:00
Sunday, July 14 – Pool play games continue at 10am. Game times at 10:00, 1:00, 4:00 and 7:00
Monday, July 15 – Quarterfinals and semifinals
Tuesday, July 16 – State championship at 10:00 am
